INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICEBreakWave allows users to create and save personal recovery information. Depending on the features you choose to use, this may include:- Recovery logs and check-ins

- A reference to an image selected as a Personal Why image

- Reports and exports created by the userThis information is stored locally on the user’s device using application storage.As currently released, BreakWave does not transmit recovery logs, check-ins, triggers, Personal Why content, recovery plans, reminder settings, or privacy settings to servers operated by 24/3CJ LLC or Cube23 LLC.Cube23 LLC’s role in developing and maintaining the application does not, by itself, provide Cube23 LLC with access to users’ locally stored recovery information.3. ACCOUNTS AND SIGN-INBreakWave does not require users to create an account or sign in.Because BreakWave does not currently provide user accounts, there is no online account profile for 24/3CJ LLC to delete.
4. OPTIONAL EMAIL INFORMATIONBreakWave can be used without providing an email address.If a user chooses to save an email address or email preferences inside BreakWave, that information is stored locally on the user’s device.BreakWave may open the user’s email application with a prefilled message addressed to a BreakWave support or privacy email address. The user may review, change, send, or cancel the message.No email is sent automatically by BreakWave.If the user sends an email, the information included in that message is processed by the user’s email provider and received by the BreakWave support or privacy team on behalf of 24/3CJ LLC.Copies may remain with the email provider, the receiving mail service, and the user’s sent-mail folder according to those services’ policies.5. PHOTOS AND IMAGESBreakWave allows users to choose an optional image for their Personal Why.BreakWave accesses only an image the user deliberately selects through the device’s image-selection interface. BreakWave does not use that feature to scan or upload the user’s entire photo library.The app may store a local reference or local application copy needed to display the selected image.Deleting BreakWave data may remove the app’s saved reference or copy, but it may not delete the original image from the device’s photo library.6. NOTIFICATIONSUsers may optionally enable local reminders and recovery nudges.Reminder schedules and notification preferences are stored locally. Notifications are generated through the device’s Android notification system.Notification content may be visible on the device’s lock screen or notification shade depending on the user’s Android privacy and notification settings.Users can disable reminders inside BreakWave or through Android system settings.
7. USER-INITIATED SHARING AND EXPORTSBreakWave allows users to create reports or exports and deliberately share them through applications installed on their device.BreakWave does not choose the recipient or send reports automatically.When a user chooses an external application or recipient, the selected information leaves BreakWave and is handled by that application, service, and recipient.24/3CJ LLC and Cube23 LLC cannot control information after the user shares it outside BreakWave.8. EXTERNAL LINKS AND SERVICESBreakWave may provide links that open websites, social-media services, email applications, or other third-party applications.These external services operate under their own privacy policies and practices.24/3CJ LLC and Cube23 LLC are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or applications.Google Play may independently process installation, purchase, device, diagnostic, or store-usage information under Google’s own terms and privacy policies.9. ADVERTISING, ANALYTICS, AND SALE OF DATAThe current version of BreakWave:- Does not contain advertising
- Does not use an advertising network
- Does not use a third-party behavioral analytics service
- Does not sell personal information
- Does not rent personal information
- Does not sell recovery information
- Does not share recovery information with data brokersIf BreakWave’s data practices change in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosures will be updated by 24/3CJ LLC.
10. SECURITY AND PRIVACY LOCKBreakWave provides an optional app-level privacy lock using a six-digit PIN.The privacy lock is intended to reduce casual exposure of sensitive information. It is not medical-grade encryption, a secure online vault, or a substitute for device-level security.Users should protect their device with an Android screen lock and should avoid sharing exports or sensitive information with people or applications they do not trust.Although reasonable care is used by 24/3CJ LLC and its development providers, including Cube23 LLC, no device, application, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.11. DATA RETENTION AND DELETIONLocally stored BreakWave information remains on the user’s device until one of the following occurs:- The user deletes an individual entry or saved item
- The user resets or clears information through an available BreakWave control
- The user clears BreakWave’s application data through Android settings
- The user uninstalls BreakWave
- Android removes or resets the application’s local storageUninstalling BreakWave generally removes information stored in BreakWave’s private application storage.It may not remove:- Original images that remain in the device’s photo library
- Emails already sent by the user
- Reports or files the user previously exported
- Copies shared with external applications or recipients
- Information independently retained by Google Play or another third-party serviceBecause 24/3CJ LLC and Cube23 LLC do not currently maintain a cloud account containing the user’s recovery history, they generally cannot retrieve, restore, or remotely delete locally stored recovery data.
12. CHILDREN AND AGE RESTRICTIONBreakWave is intended for adults age 18 and older.BreakWave is not directed to children, and 24/3CJ LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the BreakWave application.13. HEALTH AND SAFETY DISCLAIMERBreakWave provides educational, self-management, reflection, and recovery-support tools.BreakWave is not therapy, medical treatment, a medical device, a diagnostic service, or an emergency service.BreakWave does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental-health condition.Users should seek advice from a qualified healthcare or mental-health professional when professional support is needed.Anyone facing an immediate emergency or risk of harm should contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service.14.
